Our Family Support team is committed to delivering accurate information and a wide range of resources at the critical time of diagnosis. We offer personalized assistance through parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management. Additionally, we guide families through the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
