Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate nonprofit serving the Cottage Grove, MN area by providing medically tailored meals to residents facing health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Through the generosity of our supportive community of donors and volunteers, we ensure that these essential meals are delivered free of charge to our clients, their caregivers, and their dependent children. In addition to meal delivery, we offer vital nutrition education and counseling to help our clients thrive. While we primarily serve the Twin Cities metropolitan area, those outside this region are encouraged to reach out to explore potential funding availability. Our mission is to foster health and dignity by offering the nourishment and care that our community members truly deserve.
