Based in Crookston, MN, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to cultivating a just and sustainable food system through education and empowerment. Our program sponsors passionate individuals who aspire to become advocates and educators in the realms of food justice and ecological literacy. By providing comprehensive, tuition-free training, we enable Fellows to engage deeply with organic food system practices, including growing diversified crops and managing community gardens. Throughout their journey, participants will work alongside local partners, supporting farmers markets, enhancing access to healthy foods, and implementing innovative educational programs. The Fellowship comprises a six-month immersive study at our farm campus followed by a Community Action Year, where Fellows apply their skills in collaboration with regional non-profit organizations. We invite individuals to join us on this meaningful path toward transforming the food landscape, with applications accepted until March each year for experiences starting in May.
