MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Crookston, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and is connected to the appropriate weight management options that align with their individual preferences and needs. We offer a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans who have not found success with traditional methods, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
