About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship
The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Delano, MN, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food equity. Through a comprehensive, hands-on program, we empower Fellows to become advocates for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our Fellowship offers free organic food system education, enabling participants to engage in diverse initiatives such as growing and distributing crops, conducting health-focused educational sessions, maintaining community gardens, and teaching food and ecological literacy in schools. Over the course of six months of immersive training at our farm campus, followed by a Community Action Year, Fellows gain valuable experience while working alongside local non-profits to enhance access to healthy foods and support community food initiatives. We warmly invite individuals committed to building a just food system to apply for our Fellowship before the March deadline, with experiences running from May to October.
