MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Delano, MN, through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission focuses on screening every Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management services. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
