Located in East Grand Forks, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to ensure low-income individuals have access to vital items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the unique challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, and we strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can find the help they need. Our program is designed to address urgent nutritional needs while promoting health and well-being within our community.
