The Meal Support Program in East Grand Forks, MN, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers four daily virtual drop-in group meal sessions, designed to create a safe and supportive environment for those in recovery. Facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, these sessions allow participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving vital encouragement and guidance. Once approved, individuals can attend as many sessions as they wish, ensuring that support is easily accessible and aligns with their schedules.
