Located in Eden Prairie, MN, Ruby's Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals in need. By collecting food overages, surpluses, and bumper crops, we create generous food bundles designed to meet basic nutritional needs. Our program is unique in that we partner with churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa to ensure that emergency food reaches the communities that require it most. With no income or residency requirements, our pop-up pantry locations welcome guests who can access as many sites as they need each month. We kindly request a $25 donation for the groceries, making nutritious food accessible to all.
