Home Delivered Meals proudly serves the Eden Prairie, MN community by providing medically tailored meals at no cost to residents battling HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, or COPD. Our dedicated team, supported by a generous network of donors and volunteers, ensures that clients, their caregivers, and dependent children receive nutritious meals to enhance their health and well-being. In addition to meal delivery, we offer vital nutrition education and counseling to empower our clients in managing their dietary needs. While we focus on the Twin Cities metropolitan area, we invite individuals from surrounding counties to inquire about funding availability.
