The Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Oncology Program in Eden Prairie, MN, is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for cancer patients aged 15 to 30. Our compassionate, multidisciplinary care team collaborates with you and your family to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses not only the medical aspects of your diagnosis but also the emotional and social challenges that come with cancer. We strive to create a caring partnership with our patients by including a diverse array of specialists, including physicians, nursing staff, psychologists, and social workers, from both Children's Minnesota and Allina Health's Abbott Northwestern Hospital. Our program recognizes the unique needs of young adults, including concerns about returning to work or school, navigating financial and insurance issues, and managing relationships. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials aimed at exploring new therapies and improving the quality of life for cancer patients.
