Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing medically tailored meal delivery services to residents of Elk River, MN, who are facing serious health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Our heartfelt mission is grounded in the belief that food is vital to healing, and our supportive community of donors and volunteers makes it possible for us to offer these life-enhancing meals completely free of charge to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children.
