Meals on Wheels Program in Elk River, MN, proudly serves older adults aged 60 and over by delivering nutritious meal options directly to their homes. Catering to at-risk, homebound, ill, and vulnerable individuals, our program spans 44 communities across Central Minnesota, ensuring that no one has to face hunger alone. We offer home-delivered meals tailored to each individual's needs, with costs determined through an assessment to ensure affordability. In response to COVID-19, we provide a combination of hot and frozen meals, allowing clients to receive up to seven meals per week.
