MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Elk River, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on annually screening each Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting individuals with personalized weight management options that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care methods, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, in addition to accessing weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges after initial interventions.
