At the Drop-In Resource Center in Excelsior, MN, we are dedicated to uplifting youth by providing vital resources and support to those who live, work, or study in Bloomington, Richfield, and Edina. We believe that no young person in need should be turned away, which is why all our services are offered free of charge. Our center features a clothing closet, hygiene products, and access to nutritious food through weekly trips to VEAP. We also offer essential services like laundry and showers, a computer lab with internet access, job-search assistance, and educational support. Our compassionate staff is ready to assist with transportation, on-site mental health counseling through Headway, legal aid provided by the Youth Law Project, and health and parenting support. We facilitate connections to various federal, county, and local services, including shelter and housing programs, rental assistance, and case management to help set and achieve goals. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we invite all youth to come by, whether by appointment or walk-in, to connect with caring adults who are committed to helping them thrive.
