Located in Excelsior, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and support. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those with swallowing difficulties by offering a range of specialized resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
