Home Delivered Meals, a program by Open Arms of Minnesota, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to residents of Excelsior suffering from serious health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Our mission centers on delivering medically tailored meals that meet the nutritional needs of clients, along with offering nutrition education and counseling to support their health. Through the generosity of our donors and the commitment of our volunteers, we ensure that these meals are delivered to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children completely free of charge. Residents of the Twin Cities metropolitan area who meet our eligibility criteria can rely on our service for vital nutrition, while we encourage those in surrounding counties to inquire about funding availability. We strive to foster a caring community that understands the urgency of quality food assistance for those in need.
