Home Delivered Meals, a compassionate initiative by Open Arms of Minnesota, is dedicated to nourishing the health of Minnesota residents facing critical medical challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Our mission revolves around the belief that food is medicine, and our devoted community of donors and volunteers works tirelessly to ensure that we deliver medically tailored, nutritious meals directly to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children at no cost. Alongside meal delivery, we also offer nutrition education and counseling to empower individuals on their health journeys. We serve those within the Twin Cities metropolitan area and assess funding options for residents of surrounding counties.
