Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of families in Excelsior, MN through its Special Supplemental Nutrition Program. Our mission is to empower women and young children by providing essential health and nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and access to nutritious supplemental food.
