Located in Excelsior, MN, the Youth Drop-In Center is a welcoming haven for young people aged 16 to 24 who are confronting homelessness and housing insecurity. We provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where youth can relax and reclaim their dignity while accessing essential services. Our center offers a broad range of resources, including healthy meals, personal care items, clothing through our food pantry, and facilities for showering and laundry. Additionally, we support youth with GED preparation, job search assistance, and help obtaining vital documentation like photo IDs. Our center is equipped with computers, phones, and mail access, and collaborates with Hennepin County to offer eligibility support services. We also feature an onsite health clinic through Health Care for the Homeless, mental health care services, and a special support group for youth who have experienced trauma. We invite all youth in need to visit us during our weekday hours to discover the support and guidance available to them.
