Home Delivered Meals, based in Fairmont, MN, is dedicated to preparing and delivering medically tailored meals to residents facing serious health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Our mission is rooted in the belief that food is medicine, which drives our team of dedicated volunteers and generous donors to provide these essential meals at no cost to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling to empower our clients with the knowledge they need for a healthier life.
