MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fairmont, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with personalized treatment options that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges with weight. To participate in the MOVE! program, Veterans are encouraged to consult with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards better health.
