Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Fairmont, MN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Fairmont, MN, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our free, virtual drop-in group meal sessions create a welcoming and supportive environment for participants to engage in nourishing meals alongside peers and trained facilitators. Offered four times daily, with flexible lunch and dinner options, our program allows individuals to attend as many sessions as needed, tailored to their unique schedules. Each session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that participants receive informed support as they work towards their recovery goals. While we focus on meal support and community connection, it's important to note that we do not provide crisis care. For those in need of urgent assistance, we encourage texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
