Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Faribault, MN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Faribault, MN, provides free and accessible meal support tailored specifically for those aged 16 and above who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a nurturing environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals, designed to create a safe space for participants to consume nutritious meals while receiving essential support. With four meal support sessions available daily, individuals are encouraged to join as many times as fits their schedule once they are approved. Our sessions are led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are in the process of obtaining their Certified Nutrition Specialist certification. While we focus on meal support and recovery empowerment, it’s important to note that we do not provide crisis intervention services. For those in need of immediate assistance, please reach out to crisis support resources.
