Ruby's Pantry in Farmington, MN, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals through the collection of food surpluses and overages, transforming them into generous grocery bundles. Our mission is to ensure that everyone can meet their basic nutritional needs, and we collaborate with churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa to bring emergency food directly to the communities we serve. With no income or residency restrictions, guests are welcome to visit any of our pop-up pantries multiple times a month, ensuring they receive the food support they need. A suggested $25 donation helps sustain our efforts and allows us to continue delivering vital resources to those in need, fostering a spirit of care and community resilience.
