Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate nonprofit organization based in Farmington, MN, dedicated to providing medically tailored meals to residents facing serious health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), congestive heart failure (CHF), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). We believe that nutrition is essential to healing, and our community of generous donors and volunteers works tirelessly to ensure that these vital meals are delivered at no cost to clients, their caregivers, and their dependent children. Alongside meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling, prioritizing the wellness of our clients. To qualify for our services, applicants must reside in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and meet our program criteria.
