Home Delivered Meals, located in Fergus Falls, MN, is dedicated to providing essential nutrition services for seniors in need. We deliver nutritious meals directly to eligible seniors in several Minnesota counties, ensuring that this vulnerable population has access to healthy food options when they may otherwise face barriers. Our compassionate delivery team brings meals either daily, a few times a week, or weekly, with special options including ethnic and dietary-specific meals to cater to individual needs. In addition to our home-delivered meals, we offer a suite of supportive services that includes lunch companionship, Telecare phone check-ins, free nutrition counseling by a registered dietitian, and emergency meals for times of need.
