MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fergus Falls, MN, is dedicated to empowering Veterans on their health and wellness journey through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans looking for a self-directed approach can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those requiring additional assistance may consider weight loss medications or bariatric surgery after exploring our initial programs.
