Located in Forest Lake, MN, Family Pathways is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by providing essential food assistance through our network of nine food shelves across Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties in Minnesota, as well as Polk County in Wisconsin. We prioritize meeting the basic nutritional needs of families and individuals, offering a welcoming environment where clients can shop once a month, with options for additional visits throughout the week. Our shelves are stocked with fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, and dairy, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to nutritious food and the support they need.
