About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Grand Rapids, MN, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers accessible and free meal support sessions, designed as virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming environment for participants to enjoy nutrition with the encouragement they need. Sessions occur four times a day, with two options for lunch and two for dinner, allowing individuals to attend as their schedules permit. Each meal support session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, it is important to note that this program is not a substitute for crisis intervention. For immediate assistance, individuals are encouraged to reach out to crisis support services. We are here to support your journey towards recovery with care and understanding.
