Ruby's Pantry in Hibbing, MN, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals in need through an innovative approach that gathers food surpluses and bumper crops into generous food bundles. Our mission is to meet basic nutritional needs while offering low-cost groceries without any income or residency restrictions, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to healthy food options. We collaborate with local churches and communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa to create pop-up pantries that are accessible and welcoming. Each month, guests are encouraged to visit as many pantry locations as they need, all for a modest suggested donation of $25. Join us in combating food insecurity and supporting families with the nourishment they deserve.
