YouthLink's Youth Drop-In Center in Hopkins, MN, serves as a welcoming haven for youth aged 16-24 facing homelessness and housing instability. Our center prioritizes compassion and understanding, providing essential services that include nutritious meals, personal care items, and access to our food pantry. Beyond fulfilling basic needs, we offer shower and laundry facilities, bus tokens, and GED support to empower youth in their educational and employment journeys. We facilitate access to vital documents like photo IDs, along with computers, phones, and mail services to help youth connect with resources. In collaboration with Hennepin County, we assist with eligibility services while also providing guidance in finding shelter or housing options. Our onsite health clinic through Health Care for the Homeless ensures access to physical and mental health care, with additional support groups available for those experiencing victimization or violence. During weekday hours, we invite young individuals to relax and restore in a non-judgmental space where they can find the assistance they truly need.
