Our Family Support team is a trusted resource for timely, accurate information and compassionate guidance from the moment of diagnosis. We provide comprehensive services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, and assistance with meal planning. Additionally, we empower families with behavior management support and help navigate the complexities of Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) application processes.
