Located in Hugo, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We provide essential food assistance with a focus on specialized needs by offering access to food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has the resources they need to manage dysphagia effectively, promoting health and dignity within our community.
