Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate initiative based in Hugo, MN, dedicated to providing medically tailored meals to individuals facing serious health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Through the generous efforts of our donors and volunteers, we are able to deliver these nourishing meals free of charge to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling to support our clients' specific dietary needs. This essential service is available to residents within the Twin Cities metropolitan area who meet our program eligibility requirements, ensuring that those most in need receive the care they deserve.
