MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hugo, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission focuses on screening Veterans annually for obesity, connecting them with appropriate weight management services, and offering personalized treatment options that align with their individual preferences. We provide a variety of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support as needed. For those who prefer self-directed management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
