ICM's Food Shelf proudly serves the entire community of International Falls, MN, offering vital food assistance to anyone in need, without restrictions. Our mission is to ensure that all residents, including low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, and disabled veterans, have access to emergency food resources that meet their basic nutritional needs. We believe in eliminating barriers to support, which is why we do not require IDs or proof of income for assistance. While pre-registration is encouraged for new clients, we make the process straightforward and welcoming—simply visit us from Saturday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We are here to help nourish our community, one meal at a time.
