The Meals on Wheels Program, operated by Catholic Charities in Isanti, MN, is dedicated to ensuring that individuals aged 60 and over who are at-risk, homebound, ill, or vulnerable receive nutritious meals delivered directly to their homes. Serving 44 communities across Central Minnesota, our program prioritizes the health and wellbeing of seniors by offering a combination of hot and frozen meals, with clients able to receive up to 7 meals per week.
