In Jordan, MN, CAP Agency’s Food Shelf is dedicated to providing immediate food assistance and vital resources to individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. Our mission is to empower those in need by offering a consumer choice model, allowing clients to select the food items that best meet their dietary preferences and needs. Each calendar month, we supply a 5 to 7-day supply of emergency food to help bridge the gap to self-sufficiency. We also connect our food pantry clients with additional resources for further support. To access our services, please bring a photo ID for one adult and proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or lease. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our food shelf operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:40 PM, and we provide home delivery for those unable to visit us due to illness or other barriers. We are here to support you every step of the way.
