Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to serving the residents of Lake Elmo, MN, by providing medically tailored meal delivery services for individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, or COPD. Our compassionate network of donors and volunteers ensures that essential nutrition is brought directly to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children at no cost, allowing them to focus on their health. In addition to our meal delivery, we offer invaluable nutrition education and counseling to empower our clients toward better health outcomes. While our program primarily serves the Twin Cities metropolitan area, we encourage those outside this region to inquire about possible funding availability.
