The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, based in Lakeville, MN, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food justice. Our program empowers Fellows through comprehensive, hands-on education focused on creating a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically equitable. We offer a dynamic six-month experiential training at our Allegheny Farm Campus in Highland County, VA, where participants gain practical skills in organic farming, community garden management, and food literacy education. Fellows also engage in a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profit organizations to promote healthy food access, support farmers markets, and drive innovative health care solutions. Commitment to accessibility is at our core; thus, we proudly do not charge tuition for the Fellowship. Join us in our mission to build a more just food system and create lasting impact in communities across the region.
