Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Litchfield, MN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Litchfield, MN, is dedicated to offering free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program consists of virtual drop-in group meals that provide a compassionate and safe environment where participants can comfortably consume nutritious meals while receiving the extra support they need. We host meal support sessions four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, allowing individuals the flexibility to attend as many sessions as their schedules allow. Each meal session is guided by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from Clinician’s Incubator, who are in training to achieve their CNS certification. It’s important to note that while we provide supportive meal assistance, we do not offer urgent care or crisis management services. For immediate crisis support, please text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
