The Meals on Wheels Program from Catholic Charities serves the Little Falls, MN area by providing nutritious, home-delivered meals to individuals aged 60 and over who are at-risk, homebound, ill, or vulnerable. Covering 44 communities across Central Minnesota, our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of seniors by ensuring they have access to healthy noon-hour meals. We understand the challenges faced by those unable to leave their homes, and we’re committed to offering meal delivery services tailored to individual needs, with costs assessed for affordability. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our services to provide a mix of hot and frozen meals, allowing clients to receive up to seven meals per week.
