The Meals on Wheels Program, part of Catholic Charities, is dedicated to serving the nutritional needs of at-risk seniors in Little Falls, MN, and surrounding areas. We provide home-delivered meals to individuals aged 60 and over who are homebound, ill, or otherwise vulnerable, ensuring that they receive delicious and nutritious food directly to their doorsteps. Our service reaches 44 communities across Central Minnesota, offering both hot and frozen meal options based on individual needs. We believe in the importance of supporting our elders, and our commitment to delivering up to seven meals a week is a testament to that mission.
