Located in Mankato, MN, Family Support is dedicated to empowering individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome and their families by offering essential resources and compassionate assistance during critical times. Our Family Support team is committed to providing accurate information, comprehensive educational resources, and personalized support to families navigating the challenges associated with this syndrome. Services include parent mentoring, nutritional guidance, and behavior management strategies, along with assistance in applications for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
