Located in Mankato, MN, Ruby's Pantry is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by providing low-cost groceries to families and individuals through carefully assembled food bundles compiled from surplus and overage donations. We collaborate with churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa to distribute essential food assistance that meets basic nutritional needs. Our program invites all community members—without income or residency restrictions—to participate, allowing guests to visit multiple pop-up pantry locations each month that fit their schedules. A suggested donation of $25 helps sustain our operations and expand our reach, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food.
