About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Mankato, MN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our outpatient meal support sessions offer a virtual, drop-in format, fostering a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy meals alongside peers. Held four times daily with two lunch and two dinner slots, these sessions are facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring a knowledgeable and compassionate presence. We aim to empower those in recovery to nourish their bodies with confidence, offering flexibility to participate as often as needed to fit their schedules. While we provide essential meal support, please note that we do not serve as a crisis support service; for urgent matters, contacting crisis support is advised.
