Home Delivered Meals, based in Maple Grove, MN, is a compassionate nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing and delivering medically tailored meals to residents facing serious health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. With the invaluable support of a caring community of donors and volunteers, we ensure that our clients, their caregivers, and dependent children receive these nourishing meals at no cost. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling to empower individuals on their health journeys.
