The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Marshall, MN offers a supportive and informative environment for individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This free program provides a comprehensive 12-month journey where participants can gradually learn about diabetes management tailored to their needs. Participants will receive six informative e-booklets, a monthly e-newsletter brimming with seasonal tips and resources available in both English and Spanish, and updates on local community events. Enrollees who share their phone number are also invited to join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, allowing them to engage directly with ADA experts, learn about the critical link between diabetes and heart health, and receive practical giveaways to enhance their diabetes management.
