The Meals on Wheels Program in Milaca, MN, is dedicated to serving nutritious noon-hour meals to homebound, ill, and at-risk individuals aged 60 and over across 44 communities in Central Minnesota. Our mission is to ensure that those who cannot leave their homes have access to healthy food options, providing a caring lifeline to the most vulnerable members of our community. We offer home-delivered meals tailored to the needs of each individual, with services available based on a personal assessment. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our program to provide a mix of hot and frozen meals, allowing clients to receive up to 7 meals per week, ensuring that no one goes hungry during these challenging times.
